I came into ATMC, not on any meds specifically. My doctor gave me Lorazapam to get here but it was nothing I had taken before. I came in seeking treatment for severe anxiety, insomnia and mold toxicity. Life before ATMC was scary and stressful. With my anxiety out of control, my days were long and difficult. I had been going to my doctor at home seeking treatment, but with my sensitivities I was difficult to treat.

Upon arriving at ATMC I gained a clinical team and found myself around other residents dealing with similar challenges. The group and individual therapy sessions were invaluable. I knew that if I had a difficult day I would have support as we tried to unravel my particular situation.

The food and supplements at ATMC were great! My body strengthened from the many hours at the Detox Shoppe and ridding myself of toxins. I learned to be easy on myself, love myself and to not give up. I’ve seen others work very hard on their particular issues and succeed which has also brought me strength. I have a better understanding now, as to why my body and mind got into the state it did and what I need to do to care for myself.

Thank you Dr Libby for your tireless work on my behalf. Thank you Krystal, Christopher and Marsha for your gentle words, smiles and encouragements. They watered my spirit. I love you all dearly!
