Brighton is an Arizona native with a background in psychology and social work, specializing in trauma & substance use and addiction recovery. Her clinical training is complemented by years of world travel, where she explored diverse healing traditions and deepened her studies in yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practices. A certified yoga teacher, she brings a unique ability to integrate evidence-based approaches of the West with the ancient wisdom traditions of the East.
