Christina is a family-style trained chef, certified health and physical education teacher, and passionate advocate for healing through food. With over 30 years of experience in holistic health modalities and food preparation, including cooking for private clients and more than 25 years supporting transformational retreats, her deepest commitment is to addiction recovery nutrition. Christina studied Physical Education & Health at Kean University.

She is especially aligned with the mission of the Alternative to Meds Center (ATMC)—helping individuals heal holistically and reduce dependence on pharmaceuticals. Her work at The Sanctuary at Sedona focused on enhancing the nutrition program by creating meals that stabilize blood sugar, support mood chemistry, and align with the body’s natural detox and healing processes. Christina has seen the profound impact that nourishing, intentional food can have on recovery and overall well-being.

Christina specializes in therapeutic and cleansing diets including raw vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-sensitive meals, as well as detox protocols like liver cleanses and juice feasts. With a degree in teaching and hundreds of cooking classes taught, she loves helping people gain confidence in the kitchen, simplify their approach to food, and rediscover the joy of nourishing themselves.

Food has the power to heal, and it’s her life’s work to bring that healing to the table—especially for those on the path of recovery. For Christina, food is more than fuel—it’s a pathway to clarity, connection, and lasting transformation.
