Kimberli Galloway is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 20 years of behavioral health experience and over 15 years of nursing and clinical leadership experience. As Medical Director at Alternative to Meds Center, she combines extensive psychiatric expertise with a deep understanding of integrative, holistic mental health care.
Kimberli specializes in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, serious mental illness, and co-occurring substance use disorders. She is passionate about helping clients who have struggled to find lasting answers through conventional treatment alone by developing individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based psychiatric care with nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and complementary therapies when appropriate.
Having served at Alternative to Meds Center since January 2011, Kimberli has held numerous clinical leadership roles, including Clinical Director and Director of Nursing, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s philosophy and treatment model. She is committed to delivering compassionate, collaborative care that empowers clients to actively participate in their recovery while addressing the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of mental wellness.
As Medical Director, Kimberli oversees the organization’s psychiatric and medical services, working closely with physicians, therapists, naturopathic practitioners, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure each client receives safe, individualized, and comprehensive care.
