Thankfully, the Clinical Team at Alternative to Meds Center talked me into staying and giving the program a chance … It took about 4 weeks and things started to change dramatically!
I came to Alternative to Meds Center on Lamictal and Resperidol, an antipsychotic and mood stabilizer. My diagnosis was Bi-Polar Disorder and I suffered from extreme mania and depression. When I arrived at Alternative to Meds Center, I was coming off an extreme, 3 month manic episode and I had began to spiral down into deep depression. I was horrified! These periods usually lasted 3-4 months and I wanted to go home right away.
I am so glad I stayed! I began taking their supplements and getting the poisons and toxins out of my body at the Detox Shoppe. The therapy and kind staff was a big plus.
I’m still in awe of how normal my mind and body feel. Everything they do at Alternative to Meds Center is important, and responsible for my miracle!
