Education, Bringing Treatment Success Into Sustained Recovery
ATMC has developed a curriculum designed to educate on subjects ranging from nutrition and supplementation to life skills and coping strategies. Evidence-based information and proven guidelines towards wellness are shared by our clinicians, holistic therapists, and life skills professionals. Process groups led by our therapists are individualized to client’s experiences and treatment.
Our extensive curriculum includes courses on the following topics and modules:
Nutrition and Supplementation
Amino Acid Therapy for Addiction Recovery
Neurochemistry of yoga
How to build healthy relationships
We believe discharge planning begins on the day of intake. We assess a resident’s post treatment needs throughout their stay and create a treatment plan that addresses those needs. While in the program, residents develop a practice of healthy habits so they can take these practices home, where they are needed most. Our discharge plans are extensive, detailed, and individualized in order to meet the complex needs of each resident.
Our mission is to delicately yet effectively uncover the who, what, when, where, how and why of a person’s mind, body and spiritual inefficiencies. We take the known as well as the unknowns in human behavior, internal systemic processes, and environmental influences to arrive at options for effective, individualized recovery.
