Becky specializes in holistic health and wellness, lifestyle coaching, and meditation. She is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance International certified teacher, Rainbow Kids and family certified yoga teacher and has a certification from Mindful Schools as an educator of mindfulness. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Illinois University with a double major in both Art & Communications, as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from the National Louis University.

While living abroad and working as an educator since 2008, more recently, Becky has been teaching meditation and mindfulness in Prague for the past several years. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in November 2020 and in December 2021 received her NBC-HWC credential through the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaching.

During her one-on-one sessions, Becky helps clients dive deeper into their mind/body connection using tools she’s collected over the years which she fondly refers to as her “wellness toolkit.” These tools are incorporated into her sessions as she partners with her clients in identifying roadblocks, limiting beliefs, and whatever may be holding them back from achieving their goals. Through her coaching, Becky helps clients create sustainable lifestyle changes. Her goal in her coaching practice is to help clients become the most authentic version of themselves by showing them we all have the tools within ourselves to heal.

Becky was excited to join the ATMC team because of its holistic approach to health and healing. She believes that by looking at the whole person, we’re able to get to the root cause of the client’s symptoms and therefore, restore balance within that individual.
